Permissions
 

The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum (ASDM) is grateful to receive contributions from photographers like you. By uploading your images, you acknowledge that the images will be used within the Digital Library. In addition to the Digital Library, we are asking contributing photographers to consider granting permission for the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum to use high resolution copies of your images for other uses by ASDM such as publications, newsletters, brochures, public service announcements, thank you cards, displays, slide shows, web pages, mailings and invitations.

You may choose to grant the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum permission to use all of your images contributed on this site for the general uses as described above, or you may elect to decide on a case-by-case basis which images you would like to grant the Museum permission to use beyond the Digital Library. You will always have the opportunity to grant ASDM wider permission to use your images after they have been uploaded. There is absolutely no obligation to extend these permissions for any of your contributed images.
  I prefer to choose on a case-by-case basis which images, if any, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum may use beyond the Digital Library.
  I elect to grant the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum permission to use all images contributed by me on this site for the general purposes of the Museum. I understand that my images are only being licensed to the Museum and that I retain ownership and copyright of the images. Additionally, I acknowledge that my images will always be accompanied by my name and copyright.
